Michael believes the next generation of entrepreneurs hold the key to building businesses that incorporate their faith while making a positive impact through the work they do. After spending five years in investment banking at HSBC, he decided to chase his entrepreneurial spirit to start a business, Loam, that invests and consults with growing small businesses. Wanting to continue to work with SMEs, he joined Fundera as an early employee to help business owners navigate a broken lending marketplace. He was the first manager promoted to develop and grow the sales team from a team of 6 to over 50. Michael graduated from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon. When he’s not busy working he can be found in New Jersey chasing or wrestling his two boys while trying not to get into too much trouble with Mom.
