Oare is the Founder of OPL Academy, an employment accelerator providing professional ethics training to construction workers and setting them up for success in the workplace. She also serves as the Founder of LaborHack, an integrated digital platform that connects certified workers to projects. Prior to her work with OPL and LaborHack, Oare was the External Relations Lead at African Capital Alliance, the first indigenous private equity firm in Nigeria. She also headed the African Capital Alliance Foundation with over $2M in AUM. Oare holds an MBA degree from the ESADE Business School.
