Jen is a purpose-driven leader who has achieved success across a range of focus areas including social impact, hospitality, and real estate. Prior to joining Procure Impact, Jen led impact investing and community development strategies at LISC and the Beeck Center for Social Impact. She has been an advisor to the White House, HUD, IRS/Treasury, and the Small Business Administration.  Before joining Beeck, she spent nearly two decades in the real estate business, leading a variety of asset management and private equity strategies for hospitality portfolios. Jen is a graduate of Cornell University, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Basketball team. She calls National Community Church home.
