Gisele Garraway is Co-Founder & CEO of THRIVEfunds, a philanthropic platform that helps donors invest directly in economic mobility resources for US working families. She has held senior roles spanning corporate strategy, business development, P&L management, and business intelligence at Sephora USA, Fidelity Investments, and Staples.com. Gisele began her career at Bain & Company. Prior to THRIVEfunds, she was CEO of a youth mentoring program for first-gen college candidates. A graduate of Howard University and Harvard Business School, Gisele enjoys reading, hiking, and time with family.
