Chuck is Co-Founder & Board Chair of UNDIVIDED, an organization that unites and ignites people for racial healing and justice. Through his passion for justice and racial solidarity, Chuck has transformed a congregational program into a national movement. Chuck is a teaching pastor at Crossroads Church, one of the largest congregations in the United States. Previously, Chuck spent nine years as a sales representative and trainer at Proctor & Gamble. He is the co-author of _Living Undivided: Loving Courageously for Racial Healing and Justice_. Chuck is married with three children and lives in Cincinnati, OH.
