Amanda Ramsey leads philanthropic giving strategy and nonprofit partnerships for Collaborosity, an investment firm engaging with global entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders. Previously, she led nonprofit hiring strategy and talent recruitment for a consultancy firm serving organizations across the US, UK, and East Africa. The majority of her career has been spent in donor research and prospecting, partnering with fundraising leaders on analytics and research strategies used to proactively identify new major gift donors. Most recently, she managed donor research for Northwestern University’s New York regional office and Kellogg School of Management, as well as Lyric Opera of Chicago.
