Frank Chen is a partner at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. Before joining Andreessen Horowitz, he was the VP of Products at Opsware, where he gained expertise in enterprise software development and sales, product marketing, change management, and competitive strategies. In previous roles, Frank has overseen data center operations, led consumer web services, and directed product management. He received his BS degree in symbolic systems from Stanford University.
