Craig Chapman spent his career as a software engineer and architect and accumulated over 30 years of experience developing software systems and managing teams of engineers. He co-founded and served as CTO for INRIX, a highly successful traffic and navigation company, and prior to that managed development teams at Microsoft. Before Microsoft, Craig worked at several tech companies with an emphasis on operating systems and embedded software. Craig left full-time status in 2011 and now – along with his wife, April - devotes his time to family and ministry work. His current passion is innovation and social entrepreneurship with a focus on impact, sustainability, and Christ-centered transformation. He serves as Co-Chair of the World Vision Innovation Fund, Board Chair for NCF Seattle, Board Vice-Chair of Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission and Board members of Impact Foundation and the Bear Creek School. Craig and April are members of Overlake Christian Church in Redmond, WA, and are parents of boy/girl twins who prove that God creates every one of us as a very unique individual.
