Pam Parish is the Founder & CEO of Connections Homes, an organization birthed from her personal story as a mom to eight daughters—one birth daughter and seven daughters adopted from various circumstances. Pam has more than 20 years of corporate and ministry experience and 10+ years of experience in foster care, trauma-informed care, and crisis parenting. Prior to founding Connections Homes, Pam served in leadership roles in large churches and as a VP for a large mobile technology and direct-to-consumer eCommerce company. Now empty-nesters, Pam and her husband of 28 years, Steve, reside on a 12-acre farm just outside of Atlanta.
Connections Homes serves youth ages 18 to 24 who have aged out of foster care or are homeless without family by matching them with a Mentoring Family who commits to being a part of their life, for life. Connections Homes' vision is to empower youth without a family to thrive in life and impact the world from the security of a healthy connection. Something as simple as one person who cares helps to alleviate poverty and homelessness for youth aging out of foster care or who are experiencing homelessness without a family to care for them.
