Jay Fields is the founding partner of Rosewood Capital Management. Prior to being approached by a prominent Texas family to start the firm, and while finishing his education at Oxford, Jay completed investment projects under the supervision of several accomplished investors in the distressed credit, public equities, venture capital, global macro, and platform M&A asset classes. He holds a BA (Honours) and Certificate in Finance from the University of Oxford, and a BA (Honors with Distinction) from Baylor University. While attending Baylor, he was the sole student appointed to the Baylor University Board of Regents, and was one of the few individuals in the United States awarded a summer fellowship to work at the White House.
