Through its platform, Uprooted fosters community support to ensure students don't feel alone, integrating self-discovery and skill development in career-connected learning. Their trauma-informed AI tool assesses stress levels, connects students to support networks, and links them with opportunities for college, career, and scholarships. By addressing emotional regulation and social connection, Uprooted helps students achieve their full potential with confidence and clarity. The mission is to provide comprehensive support for high school students, particularly Black and Latino youth, navigating the post-secondary planning process. Uprooted Academy aims to create a holistic, data-driven approach to education that promotes wellness and success.
