Timothy Reckart, a husband and father of three, is an Oscar-nominated writer and director. His animated short Head Over Heels was nominated for an Academy Award after winning several grand prizes at festivals around the world. He also directed The Star at Sony Pictures Animation, which is an animated retelling of the Nativity story from the point of view of the animals. Reckart is a graduate of Harvard University and the UK’s National Film and Television School.
