Solape Akinpelu is the co-founder and CEO of HerVest, an inclusive fintech company providing affordable loans for smallholder women farmers and women-led Micro SMEs in Africa. Solape has a background in financial marketing, having previously served as the Head of Marketing at Meristem, a leading investment and wealth management conglomerate in Nigeria. As a gender finance expert, she is constantly at the nexus of growth for underserved women groups, leveraging capital and technology. Solape is also a best-selling author of the book, Stripped: An African Woman’s Guide to Building Generational Wealth. She volunteers her time and experience to uplifting causes for women.
