After five years in the corporate world, Jay transitioned to helping develop and direct a nonprofit organization. Through this, Jay and his family relocated to Central Europe which allowed him to travel and serve in 73 countries. Jay’s experience in sports and business led to him running a CrossFit gym in Europe for 5 years. In 2016, Jay helped birth the idea of Totalfit and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He, along with his wife and two daughters, now live in Houston, TX.
