Sheeba Philip is a marketing executive with extensive global experience across CPG, retail, and nonprofit sectors. Sheeba is the founder of Ethos Brand Group, a consulting firm focused on shaping brand-driven growth strategy for early stage ventures in the public and private sector. Prior to launching her consultancy, Sheeba was the VP of Marketing Strategy & Communications for JCPenney. She was a critical member of the turnaround team and was responsible for driving the brand’s relaunch. Sheeba has held leadership roles at both Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods. She was Global Marketing Director for the World’s #1 Cookie, Oreo, a $2B+ brand present in over 100 countries. Sheeba also served as VP of Global Marketing Strategy & Communications for International Justice Mission, the largest anti-slavery organization in the world. Sheeba attends Gateway Christian Fellowship in Frisco, Texas. She is passionate about global ministry and is a member of the CEO advisory team for City to City, a global church planting organization founded by Tim Keller and Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Sheeba holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and MBA from the Harvard Business School.
