Henry Kaestner is a Managing Principal at Sovereign's Capital LLC, a private equity fund focused on making investments in Christian-led companies in the US and Southeast Asia. Sovereign's Capital looks to make investments in firms that have excellent prospects for delivering financial returns and who have an active spiritual integration plan, believing that such a plan enhances, rather than comes at the expense of, financial returns. Henry is also the Co-Founder, former CEO and current Board member at Bandwidth.com (NASDAQ:BAND), telecommunications firm serving the business market based in North Carolina, as well as Republic Wireless, a consumer facing mobile technology and services company which spun out of Bandwidth in 2016 prior to its IPO. Bandwidth was the fourth fastest growing privately held company in the country from 2003 through 2007, according to INC Magazine's INC 500. The company's values are faith, family, work and fitness (in that order). Henry's past professional life includes positions at Arthur Andersen, Merrill Lynch, and several boutique institutional firms focused on energy trading based in New York City. Henry and his wife live in Los Gatos, CA with their 3 sons.
