Christy Singleton is an independent nonprofit leadership and governance coach. From 2010 to 2017, she was the Executive Director of Mercy Multiplied of America, a ministry that serves young women seeking freedom from life controlling issues. From 2005 to 2010, she served as Mercy’s Director of Development. Under Christy’s leadership, the ministry doubled in capacity and revenue and successfully transitioned from its founder-driven framework into a mature and scalable organization. In July 2017, after mentoring her successor for 2 years, Christy stepped out of the Executive Director role. She now serves as the liaison to Mercy’s international affiliates, assisting them with vision, strategy, and operations growth and development. Before Mercy, Christy worked in healthcare sales and administration. She has an MA in Gerontology from the University of South Florida and a BA in English from Davidson College. Christy is active on several nonprofit boards including Mercy Multiplied International, AnGeL Ministries, and the Charis Foundation. Christy resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, Steve, and has three children ages 19, 17, and 14.
