Justin is the founder and CEO of fathering.me, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the expecting-fathers of unplanned pregnancies become the best dads they can be. An aspiring dad himself, Justin is deeply passionate about solving the rising problem of fatherless in the United States, and aspires to help dads of all kinds better connect with their children. Justin served for 5 years as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer with the United States Coast Guard as an entrepreneurial hobbyist in his off-time, and is now in his final year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration: Entrepreneurship at Messiah College outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He recently won Messiah College’s Impact Venture Challenge - a social impact, gospel-centered business plan/pitch competition. As a 2017 Emerging Founder, Justin learned more about leveraging the influence of successful entrepreneurship for the betterment of our world.
Justin is in the Venture Track, where he worked full-time on fathering.me and was mentored by the Praxis Team. He is a 2016 Praxis Academy alumnus.
fathering.me exists to encourage, empower, and equip the fathers of unplanned pregnancies to become the best dads they can be. fathering.me wants to create ways to end fatherlessness before it begins, and the reality is, unplanned pregnancies are a primary catalyst of fatherlessness in our country. So with a national network of local, committed and well-trained mentors and an engaging Online Resource Center, fathering.me will bring community, hope and support to the millions of young fathers who face unplanned pregnancies every year.
