Justin Sanders joined the Immerse Arkansas team as the Director of Strategic Initiatives with a unique mix of experience in finance, clinical social work, nonprofit leadership, church leadership, and being an adoptive father. Prior to joining Immerse, Justin developed and led programs serving thousands of homeless and near-homeless families using an innovative two-generational approach. He is passionate about serving youth from hard places and trauma, the families that join their lives with those children, and foster care and adoption systems. Justin and his wife Brittan live in Little Rock with their children Sophie, Keller, and a 3rd on the way through international adoption.
