Originally from Charlottesville, VA, Jennie Thollander moved to Austin, TX in August 2013 to be closer to family and join the team at BiG. With a background in therapeutic recreation, special education, and adult social services, Jennie brings a myriad of experience within the field to Brookwood in Georgetown. Jennie served as the Program Director for the main campus, overseeing up to 50 adults with special needs in the vocational program. In June of 2018, Jennie shifted her role to the Director of Program Expansion where she now oversees the growth of the main campus, two satellite locations, and new programs.
