David Simnick is the CEO and Co-Founder of SoapBox, a company whose mission is to empower consumers with the chance to change the world through everyday, simple purchases. As an Eagle Scout, Dave’s dream was to found a for-profit company with a social mission at its core. Since then, he has worked as either an intern or consultant to USAID, the US Army and the US Senate, and was a Teach for America educator in Northern Philadelphia. Dave is an avid ideas notekeeper and enjoys helping companies make connections, gain funding and publicity and scale for growth.
SoapBox is a social-mission personal care company with a mission to empower customers with the ability to make the world a better place through every day, quality purchases. Every time someone buys one of their products, SoapBox donates either a bar of soap, water development through Splash to children in need both in homeless shelters/food pantries here in the United States and to various countries aboard. SoapBox is now sold nationwide in Target, Whole Foods, Giant, Winn-Dixie, Vitamin Shoppe, H-E-B, Publix, and many other stores across the United States and beyond.
