Fiona Thompson was an original HireHand board member and is now a non-board advisor. Fiona is interested in addressing social needs in sustainable and structural ways. Her interest in the issue of dignity at work led her to founding several companies that assist vulnerable people back into employment. She is passionate about HireHand’s innovative solutions addressing the emerging questions of work at a global scale, while providing dignity and viability for employees and employers. She studied politics, philosophy, and economics at Magdalen College, Oxford, and has worked for McKinsey, JP Morgan, and the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit.
