Brad Allen describes himself as Christ follower first, husband to his beautiful wife and father of three amazing kids second. He has done a little of everything over the course of his career – never satisfied with falling into the mundane. When presented with the opportunity to help build a fledgling tech company, Brad jumped at it. His responsibilities varied from Finance to Operations to Human Resources as PortX (formerly ModusBox) grew from 10 employees in the US to nearly 100 spread around the globe. Working side-by-side with their CEO, David Wexler, Brad enables PortX’s staff to move more nimbly, encourage leaders to think more purposefully, and shape company culture so that PortX truly is a people-first organization – inside and out.
